Lisa has carved out a career as a full time blogger. She is incredible; a mum of 6 and creator of all things home made. You name it, she can do it. Sewing, cooking, craft, gardening and raising livestock. This girl taught me how to Sourdough and offers free e-books to her subscribers. In 2020 Lisa published a book, Simple Farmhouse Life, which is brimming with beautiful projects and ideas to try. Lisa is also a great source of inspiration on debt free living and how to get into the world of blogging.
The Slow Home Podcast, published by wife and husband team and parents of two, Brooke and Ben, was one of the first slow living Podcasts I listened to, and from then I was totally hooked on the concept of slow living. These two tackle topics hat are raw, real any at sometimes quite heavy. I loved listening to the Podcast when my hands were full of babies, or when I was driving. It’s full of awesome insight and practical tips. Being Aussies I found them to be super relevant to my own world. Aside from the Podcast you can subscribe to The Slow Post which is a weekly blog delivered straight to your inbox. Brooke has also published two books; Destination Simple and Slow, which I plan to get my hands on real soon.
